I had them replace a water heater on warranty, they had the new one installed the day after I called. While waiting for the tank to fill they noticed a couple minor issues with my furnace and fixed those as well.Work was completed fast and clean. The guys were friendly, had the right tools and were knowledgeable.I will be using vortex again next time.

5 Stars!! Called about replacing our hot water tank at 8am and it was installed by 10:30 am! The technician Martin was very thorough friendly and knowledgeable.
